Winter homes
Your house, ready when you land and tidy when you leave.
For winter residents and second-home owners in Mesa and the East Valley.
An arrival clean before you land, a closing clean when you head north, and a monthly check in between. Margaret keeps the checklist and the key list, and sends you photos of every room.

How pricing works
What decides the price of a winter-home visit.
What moves the price
Home size, how long it's been empty, how many visits you want in the season and whether linens are on site.
What the quote includes
A written schedule of visits, what each one covers and the price of each. Extras such as the oven are listed separately.
When you get the number
After a call and, if you're away, photos of the house. In writing, before the first visit.
When it books
A season, in four visits.
- 01
Step 1: October and November
Arrival cleans fill first, as winter residents come back. Book as soon as you have your date.
- 02
Step 2: December to March
You're home. Recurring cleans, with the same crew each visit.
- 03
Step 3: April and May
Closing cleans fill as people head north. We empty the refrigerator and set the house for summer.
- 04
Step 4: June to September
A monthly check through the heat and the dust storms, with photos.
Before you leave
Three things we need from you.
A key we can use
A key, code or lockbox. Read how we handle keys when nobody is home.
Keys and codes policyUtilities on
Water and power on, and the air conditioning set so the house isn't a hot box.
Who else has a key
Tell us who else may come by, such as a neighbor, a pool service or a family member.
Questions
Winter homes, answered.
Can you check on the house while we're away?
Yes. A monthly check walks every room, runs the water and sends you photos.
What if something is wrong when you check?
We text you and anyone you've named. We don't make repairs, but we can tell you who to call.
Do you keep our key while we're gone?
If you choose that. Keys are tagged with a number, not your address, and kept in a locked case. The full policy is on the keys and codes page.
