House cleaning in Mesa, Arizona

Your home, cleaned by people you know by name.

Porch & Pail is a family crew. The same two or three of us come each visit, and you get our first names in a text the night before.

What we clean

Four kinds of clean, one crew.

  • Kitchen with granite counters, white cabinets and a wood floor

    Recurring cleans

Weekly, every two weeks or monthly, with the same two or three of us.

    How recurring cleans work
  • Bright bathroom with a freestanding tub and a glass shower

    Deep clean

A first clean, a spring reset or a house before guests: baseboards to grout.

    What a deep clean covers
  • Empty room with hardwood floors, a ceiling fan and louvered closets

    Move-in and move-out

An empty home, cleaned inside cabinets and appliances, with photos of each room.

    Move-out cleaning
  • Neatly made bed with a sunburst mirror and matching lamps

    Winter homes

Open the house before you land, close it when you leave, check it in between.

Keys, codes and alarms

Your key gets a number, never your address.

A written policy for how we get in, what we write down and what we never do.

You choose how we get in: you're home, a code or lockbox you set, or a key we hold.

  • Keys are tagged with a number and kept in a locked case at our office

  • Alarm and gate codes come by phone, never by text or form

  • Change a code any time; we'll use the new one the next visit

  • If we can't get in, we wait, call and text before the lockout terms apply

Your first clean

From quote to first clean in four steps.

  1. 01

Step 1: You ask for a quote

A short form, a text or a call. We reply by the next business day.

  2. 02

Step 2: Jaswinder or Kiana calls

Five questions: home size, pets, how often, how we get in and what matters most to you.

  3. 03

Step 3: You get the names

The night before, a text with the first names of who is coming and when.

  4. 04

Step 4: We clean, then check in

After the visit, a text asking what to change. We change the list, not the crew.
