Recurring and standard cleans

A regular clean, by home size.

What each size of home gets, for a home that's kept up. Every price is confirmed in writing after a short call.

Extras are listed below.

Deep clean and move-out

How one-time cleans are priced.

  • What the estimate includes, and what it doesn't

A deep clean or move-out is priced by the visit, by the size of the home and its condition. The quote lists what is included and each extra by name.

  • What happens at the visit

A short call, and photos by WhatsApp if you like. Kiana walks every first clean with you, so the quote matches the home.

  • When you get the number

In writing, before the first clean. A home that hasn't been cleaned in a long time is priced after a call or photos.

  • If the job changes

If the home takes longer than we quoted, we absorb it. If it's bigger than described, we call before we start.

What moves the price

Five things that change your number.

  • Size of the home

Bedrooms and bathrooms count most. Square footage and a second story add time.

  • How often we come

Weekly and every-two-weeks visits start lower per visit than a monthly or one-time clean, since each visit starts from cleaner.

  • Pets and people

Shedding pets, kids and a full house of guests mean more hair and more floors.

  • Time since the last clean

A first clean takes longer than a repeat one. We usually start with a deep clean, then move to a regular one.

  • Extras you add

Oven, refrigerator, cabinets, windows, blinds and laundry, each its own line below.

Walk-through

A worked example: three bedrooms, two baths and a dog.

A three-bedroom, two-bath home with one shedding dog, cleaned every two weeks. The dog adds time on floors and furniture, so the quote lands a little above the usual quote for three bedrooms, and Kiana writes the exact number down before the first visit.

The first clean is a deep clean, because it's the first time we see the house. After that, the visit price holds until we both agree to change it. Add the inside of the oven and the refrigerator and each is its own line from the add-on list below, so you see what you chose.

Add-ons

Extras, one by one.

Priced separately, so you say yes or no to each.

Each extra is its own line on your quote.

Questions

Prices, answered.

Do you charge by the hour?

No. You get a price per visit, in writing. If the home takes longer than we quoted, we absorb it. If it's bigger than described, we call before we start.

Is there a contract?

No. There's no minimum number of visits. Skip, move or stop with a text.

How do I pay?

After each visit, by card or check. We text an invoice the same day.

Are tips expected?

They're never expected. If you want to tip, it goes to whoever cleaned.
