This page says what Porch & Pail collects when you use this site or contact us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number and street address, when you send a request or call.
• The photos you text us of your home.
• How you get in and any notes about your pets, kept in your file.
• Basic site use, like which pages were opened.

How we use it

To answer your request, text you before each visit, write your quote and invoice, and keep a record of your home. We don't sell your information, and we never keep alarm or gate codes in your file.

Who sees it

Jaswinder, Kiana and the crew on your visit. Service providers that run this site or process payments see only what they need to do that.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Call (480) 555-0101 or write to hello@porchandpail.com. Records we must keep for tax reasons may be kept.
