Move-in and move-out

Move out, hand over the keys, done.

For renters, sellers, agents and new owners with an empty home and a date.

We clean an empty home top to bottom, including inside cabinets, drawers, closets and appliances, and text photos of each room when we finish. A clean doesn't decide a deposit or an inspection; that's the landlord's or buyer's call.

  • Inside cabinets, drawers and closets

  • Inside the oven and refrigerator

  • Baseboards, doors and window sills

  • Photos of every room when we finish

How pricing works

What decides the price of a move-out clean.

  • What moves the price

Home size, bathrooms, how long since the last deep clean, and whether the oven, refrigerator and cabinets are in the job.

  • What the quote includes

The list above for an empty home. If furniture or belongings are still there, we'll say so before we start and quote the time.

  • When you get the number

After a short call or photos, in writing. Tell us your close or handover date and we'll tell you if we can meet it.

How a visit goes

How a move-out clean goes.

  1. 01

Step 1: You give us the date

Your close, inspection or key handover date, and how we'll get in.

  2. 02

    Step 2: The night before

A text with first names and the arrival window.

  3. 03

Step 3: We clean the empty home

Two or three of us work top to bottom, one room at a time.

  4. 04

    Step 4: Photos that afternoon

A text with photos of each room, so you can show the landlord, the agent or the buyer.

Before we arrive

What we need for a clean empty home.

  • The home is empty

Belongings and trash out before we arrive. We clean; we don't haul away or move heavy items.

  • Water and power on

We need both for a thorough clean. Tell us if either is off.

  • Access

A lockbox or a key left with a neighbor or agent. See our keys and codes policy for how we handle each.

  • What we don't do

Repairs, painting, carpet cleaning, mold or biohazards. We'll tell you who to call.

Questions

Move-out cleans, answered.

Will this get my deposit back?

We can't promise that. Your landlord decides. We clean to the checklist and send photos of every room, so you have a record of how you left it.

Can you clean before a closing?

Yes. Give us the closing date when you ask for a quote and we'll tell you whether we can meet it.

How soon can you come?

It depends on the calendar. The end of the month and the start of summer fill up first, so call as soon as you have a date.
