Deep clean
A deep clean, for the places a regular clean skips.
A first clean, a spring reset or the house before guests arrive.
We work room by room from the top down and finish with floors. Two or three of us take several hours. Many homes start here and move to a recurring clean after.

How pricing works
What decides the price of a deep clean.
What moves the price
Home size, how long since the last clean, pets, and extras like the oven, refrigerator or cabinets.
What the quote includes
The list above, our supplies and the crew's time. Extras are listed separately so you can say yes or no to each.
When you get the number
After a short call, or photos sent on WhatsApp, in writing. If the home is in a different state than described, we call before we start.
How a visit goes
What a deep clean day looks like.
- 01
Step 1: Quote and photos
A short call, and photos by WhatsApp if you like, so the quote matches the home.
- 02
Step 2: The night before
A text with first names and the arrival window.
- 03
Step 3: We clean
Two or three of us. A three-bedroom home usually takes four to six hours.
- 04
Step 4: Walk-through
Before we leave we walk through with you, or send photos of each room.
Before we arrive
A few things that make the day go well.
Clear the surfaces
Put away clutter so we clean the counters and floors, not move piles around.
Water and power on
We need both. Tell us about anything that doesn't work.
Pets
A crate, a closed door or a walk during the visit makes it easier for everyone.
What we don't do
Mold, hoarding, biohazards, heavy lifting and windows outside. We'll tell you who to call.
Questions
Deep cleans, answered.
How is it different from a regular clean?
A deep clean adds the baseboards, vents, fans, grout and the edges a regular clean leaves. It takes longer, so it costs more.
How often should I book one?
Many homes book one or two a year, such as spring and before the holidays, and a regular clean in between.
Do you do the oven and refrigerator?
Both are add-ons, listed on the pricing page. Say so on the call and we'll include them in the quote.
